Jane Rackham has a Sports / Remedial Massage Therapy Clinic in Cheltenham. She has been running this since 2003 and is a registered member of both the International Council of Health, Fitness & Sports Therapists and Sports Massage Association (Level 4 Member).

As well as Sports / Remedial Massage Jane specialises in Myofascial Release using the Rossiter System Method. Jane is also an Advanced Level 3 Rossiter Coach – 1 of 9 in the country.

Jane works closely with a network of other specialists in Physiotherapy, Oesteopathy, Accupuncture and Thai Massage, thus ensuring that following assessment you are, if necessary, referred onto the most appropriate therapist to help you with your problem.

She has been working in the Health & Fitness Industry for around 17 years is a qualified fitness and gym instructor and still teaches a couple of classes.
